The A-B-C’s of “Training” Your Skin With ChafeX

Getting your skin conditioned is as personal as your muscular and mental training program. Your frequency of application will depend upon your running/exercise regimen, distance being run, weather, clothing and your personal sensitivity to skin irritations. For optimum skin protection apply ChafeX to meet your personal training plan.

Here are the guidelines we recommend:

  • A) To keep your skin in top condition, apply daily to all areas that will be exposed to stress related to your exercise event, even on days you don’t exercise.
  • B) If not used daily, apply ChafeX each day, two to three days prior to long runs or strenuous exercise events on skin areas prone to irritation.
  • C) Always apply prior to any exercise at least 5 minutes beforehand and allow 1 to 2 minutes of dry time before covering with clothes or shoes.
